Gao Shan Zhai
A variety of subtle scents in these leaves join together to provide a powerful, mouthwatering experience. It starts with an enlivening aroma and gives way to a silky feeling on the back of your mouth. Try this tea to wake up in the early morning or regain balance in a busy afternoon.

Aini Ancient Tree
Mellow yet powerful, these leaves pack the scents of a misty morning in the old growth forests of southern Yunnan. The golden brew, as it swirls in your mouth, awakens the taste buds and leaves a sweet aftertaste. A tea to be sipped, not gulped, it is a pleasure with breakfast. You may also find it delightful in preparation for a session of yoga or tai chi.

Sejak (Tea Master Kim Shin Ho)
“Spring water cries out in a rocky valley; pine trees echo when wind is coming. I drank a cup of tea and watched the flowing and stillness. Quietly and naturally I seemed to forget the return of time.” Cho Ui (1786-1866). Mellow and perfectly balanced, this delicate tea evokes both movement and concentration. Sip well below boiling point whenever you want to experience superb green tea.

Early Spring Long Jing:
This tea is poetry for your senses. Touched by hot water, the leaves take the appearance of live buds; the fragrance is fresh, with light hints of nuts. The subtle flavour of this tea is perfect to draw a smile in the early morning, set you in the mood for meditation... or a session of yin yoga.

Long Jing

Sejak (Tea Master Kim Jong Yeol):
Anthony of Taize, in The Korean Way of Tea, said “The taste of the first cup of tea, made with water that is far below boiling point, on a palate freshly awakened, is so intense, so unexpectedly rich and varied, so indescribably fragrant, that, from that day on, the only question can be ‘when shall I be able to go back and drink that tea again?’”. Having tried this tea, we know what he meant.

This tea is light amber in color, smooth and balanced in taste. A sip evokes notes of wood followed by a lingering dry fruit aftertaste. A glass teapot over a lit candle enhances the pleasure of a spa evening or a delightful dessert

Wild Chrysanthemum
Picture a field of fragrant wild flowers near a mountain village; the skies are clear, the autumn wind starts to cool the earth. Now add water to your glass teapot and watch those chrysanthemum flowers reveal their beauty. The brew will have a delicate flavour and a soft, long-lasting aroma. This tea is perfect to finish your day, relax in a spa, or simply meditate.
