Recipe for Zhan Zimei's wild chrysanthemum & fresh mint ice tea™

ingredients:

2 tablespoons (4g) wild chrysanthemum flowers
fresh mint (~10 leaves)
agave syrup
 
 
process for 1 liter:
 
infuse wild chrysanthemum:  2.5 minutes, 500ml of water, 85°C
strain
repeat the infusion (same flowers)
strain
cool down to room temperature and add fresh mint
infuse (cold) for at least two hours in the fridge
