jungjak & wild berry ice tea™

ingredients:
2 tablespoons (5g) jungjak green tea
1 tablespoon wild blackberries per cup

process:
infuse jungjak tea for 90 seconds, using 500ml of water at 80°C / 176°F
strain
repeat the infusion using the tea leaves and strain
crush the blackberries in a chilled cup, add ice and pour the tea
